If you want to use Facebook auto poster option then here are the steps that you need to follow:
1. First login your Facebook account with the help of your phone number and password
2. Go to page option
3. Select your page that you want to post
4. Go to publishing tools
5. You can also create post
6. Then go to schedule post option
7. Then select your time and date
8. Click ok
